Drone aerial photography for events
Aerial imagery for festivals, public events and venue marketing — grounds, infrastructure, stage rigging and surroundings, captured at the moments the rules allow.
Operating from Waalwijk across the Netherlands. Registered with the RDW as a drone operator, flying in the EU A1 Open category with a sub-249g aircraft.
Who we work with
- Festival organisers — aerial imagery for marketing, recap videos and sponsor reporting; captured before opening, during build-up, or after teardown.
- Event agencies and production companies — hero imagery for pitch decks, recap reels and venue presentations.
- Venues — aerial photography of the site without an audience, for rental presentation and website use.
- Tourism boards and municipalities — imagery for tourism promotion of events and locations.
What you receive
- Photography: 10–20 edited aerial photographs in 16:9 and 4:5 (web and social).
- Video (optional): raw 4K clips or a short edited recap, by arrangement.
- Delivery: within 5 working days of the flight, via download link; next-day recap available on request.
- Usage rights: unrestricted for the specific event or location.
Per-event flight framework
For events, the flight framework is agreed per project with the organiser and, where applicable, with the municipality or safety region. Default operation is under the A1 Open category:
- Registered with the RDW as a drone operator, sub-249g aircraft.
- VLOS, daytime only, maximum 120 m AGL.
- Flights aligned with no-fly zones, TFRs and local restrictions.
Important: flights over crowds — for example a mainstage audience or an entry-gate stream — are not offered in the Open category. Under EASA rules this falls under the Specific category and requires an operational authorisation (OA) from the ILT, with a longer lead time. For productions that require this, we work on a Specific-category pathway on request; please approach us well in advance.
